Kelda Niemeyer works as a lawyer in Berlin in the fields of Data Protection, Copyright, e-Commerce law and open source and advises in all fields of IT based business models an projects.
During her studies in Potsdam, Freiburg and Berlin, she specialized in intellectual property law, competition law and corporate law. As a student at Columbia Law School in New York, she focused on the international aspects of intellectual property law and telecommunications law. Through various full-time and honorary activities, she has engaged in the field of free knowledge and in press and public relations work.
